TVos 10 - Apple TV 4th (Wifi issues)

My apple tv was working great until it updated to the new TVos 10 update. I have reset my router and modem, reset the apple tv itself, and restarted it multiple times, all with the same error of not being able to connect to the wifi network. My iPhone and computer are connected fine, getting about 40mbps which is normal, and the router is in the same room. Is anyone else having these issues? Any chance anyone knows of a fix?

Yes it can both the 2.4 and 5ghz networks. When the password is entered it'll say check your settings and try again. Access control is off. I took it to the store today and they replaced it and it came with 9.2.2 on it so I have come to the conclusion its the router but I am very confused that it has worked since December of 2015 with no issues, the router is updated to the latest firmware and that was back in June and 3 months later its not working with any of the networks. The iPad I have a a few other electronics all connect without any issues, its just the apple tv not responding well to the networks. I just can't figure out why now since nothing has been changed. It will randomly connect at times and then lose the connection and then won't connect at all.
